AOMAC is a professional services company based in Naples, Florida, with global experience in finding, purchasing, and managing properties and businesses for US and international clients alike. Founded in 2004, we are a one-stop shop to help you set up and then manage your LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp. We create and register corporations domestically and overseas, supply accounting services through our affiliated CPA firm, provide ongoing administrative and consulting services, and more—all in a cost-efficient manner. Our team can also tailor any combination of listed services to suit your specific needs. We typically work with wealthy individuals who own property and businesses in the US and abroad but for various reasons prefer those assets to be held through onshore and offshore companies and trusts. That is where AOMAC comes in; we streamline the process and make sure the proper legal and administrative framework is in place so our clients are worry- and stress-free.

AOMAC Administration

  • Act as managers, directors, nominee shareholders, or corporate officers for domestic or offshore private companies
  • Act as Florida- or overseas-registered agent/office
  • Hold board meetings, produce corporate minutes, adopt corporate resolutions, and maintain corporate records and filings for domestic and offshore private companies
  • Provide outsourced back-office staff for bookkeeping, A/R (accounts receivable), A/P (accounts payable), purchasing, receiving, payroll, hiring/firing, and other required tasks

 

AOMAC Overseas/Offshore Services

  • Set up, register, and manage overseas LLCs, corporations for investment, estate, and tax purposes
  • Experience with Florida, Delaware, and New York, plus many foreign jurisdictions including, but not limited to, the British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Jersey, Seychelles, Panama, and Montenegro
  • Help US citizens invest abroad

 

AOMAC Property Management

  • Work with licensed realtors to find, vet, and approve tenants
  • Collect, manage, and track rents and security deposits
  • Pay bills (utilities, yard/pool maintenance, insurance, property tax, etc)
  • Manage routine and unexpected maintenance, repairs, and tenant issues
  • Produce quarterly and end-of-year internal profit-and-loss statements for owner’s tax purposes

  • Preparation for and assistance with government tax audits and compliance
